Personal information provided by users through inquiries, brochure download requests, or other service requests is transferred to a separate database (or stored in a separate filing system for paper documents) after the purpose of collection has been fulfilled. Such information is retained only for the period required under the Company's internal policies and applicable laws and regulations (see Retention and Use Period of Personal Information) and is securely destroyed thereafter.
